7 Records to Keep

In our training slides, in the final appendix, we have examples of 7 key types of records to keep within a YM organization that can help improve the programs for our young men.

They are:
Communication List (contact information for adult advisors and/or young men)
Group Calendar (may apply to a specific quorum or the ward YM program generally)
Meeting and Activity Attendance List
Awards, Achievements & Training List
Scouting Progress Record
Duty to God Progress Record
Agenda & Minutes Record for Meetings

Use these also to help train the secretaries of your aaronic priesthood quorums as well.
